Policies

Please note that all sales are final. Please read all item descriptions carefully upon placing your order, as vintage pieces are 'as is'. There may be slight flaws which only add to beautiful nature of each garment. At this time I am unable to accept returns as I am doing my best to run this small business full time. Please contact me at shop.norofficial@gmail.com with any inquiries.

Shipping

All Nor pieces are made to order, allowing up to 3 weeks for production before shipping out. Standard orders are shipped from Edmonton, Alberta. We are happy to ship internationally, but all taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Please be sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. Nor is unable to reroute packages. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We’re sorry, but we cannot cancel orders after they have been placed unless there was a mistake on our end.

CUSTOM ORDER

I do offer custom Fanni Pack orders. If there is a certain colour or style that you would like I would be happy to discuss options and make a special order for you. If there is a garment that you would like a custom size or length, I offer alterations to accommodate you. Please contact me at shop.norofficial@gmail.com with any inquiries.

PICK UP

I live in Edmonton, AB. If you would like to place an order and pick it up, use code "yeglocal" at checkout and then promptly email me at shop.norofficial@gmail.com with your preferred date and time to pick up.
